Inscription: Aug 3 1939. We are having a lovely trip on the “North Star”. Yesterday we were at Gaspe. It was
very cold & windy. The wind almost blew my camera away. I am taking movie pictures – so you
see what you are in for. Day after tomorrow we land at Labrador. All of the passengers seem very
congenial.
